After many years in development, Dancing Mayfly - The Fly Fishing Board Game, was released in November 2014. Ian Mackay, the creator of the game earned his degree in Fisheries Biology from Colorado State University, worked for the Colorado Division of Fisheries and Wildlife, was a fly fishing guide and is a certified fly fishing nut. He infused his research and experiences fishing both fresh and saltwater into this highly educational game that will teach, test and entertain all levels of anglers.

The purpose of the game is to make anglers more aware of their environment, share the science behind the magic, spread the passion of fly fishing and bring happiness to anglers around the world - one game at a time.
